More about grass-fed beef

I mentioned this previously in my post about spaghetti and meatballs, but it’s worth mentioning again because of a new study. According to this article, a study in the British Journal of Nutrition affirms the idea that grass-fed beef is better for you than the more common grain-fed beef. So if you’ve been substituting ground turkey in recipes that call for ground beef because of health reasons, consider sticking with the beef and trying the grass-fed kind. True, some people say they like the taste of grain-fed better, but that may partly be because that’s what they’re used to. It’s worth trying at least once, right?
